Feedback and complaints
If your reasonable adjustments are not fully implemented
You are encouraged to speak to your department’s Academic Disability Coordinator (ADC) regarding any problems with the implementation of your RAP. Your ADC can liaise with colleagues to help resolve issues, and escalate any issues where necessary. Examples of when your ADC might be able to help include if you are concerned that a lecturer hasn’t read your RAP, or if you haven’t been offered your recommended adjustments for a class test.
If your needs have changed, and you need something added or removed from your RAP, you should contact your Disability Adviser instead.
Providing us with feedback
The Disability Team welcomes continual feedback from students and applicants who make use of the service. We consider all feedback given and will look to address areas of concern. If you would like to provide feedback, please complete the Student Wellbeing Service feedback form.
Making a complaint
If you are not happy with the service you have been provided by the Disability Team, you may wish to make a complaint.
You can view our Guidance on the University’s complaint handling process.
Report and Support
Report and Support is an online reporting tool for our students to submit a report about misconduct they experience on campus. GCU is dedicated to identifying and tackling inappropriate behaviour, whenever it arises. No one in our community should ever be the focus of gender based violence, sexism, racism, discrimination, assault, bullying, harassment or any other offensive conduct.
By reporting an incident you experience or witness, you could help prevent something similar from happening to someone else.
Help make GCU a better place. Tell us about your experience.
