Counselling
Our qualified and experienced counsellors/therapists are here to support all University students as part of the Student Wellbeing Service.
Some of the most common issues which students come for help with are low mood, anxiety, and relationship problems. Many students benefit from exploring their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours in the confidential counselling setting.
We provide appointments both online and face to face. If you need to access our services, please contact us using the information provided. We also offer a newsletter, and have a variety of self-care resources.
If you have any comments or suggestions on any aspects of our service, please use our feedback form.
