The student finance team at GCU are here to give you information, support and advice about payment plans, tuition fees and outstanding debt. Tuition fees at GCU vary according to the level of course (undergraduate or postgraduate, for example), whether you study full time or part time, and your country of residence. Please use this information in conjunction with our Fees and Refund Policy.

All payments are sent electronically into a student’s bank account. To facilitate this, please ensure bank details are entered and verified on your student portal.

Discretionary and Childcare Fund payments are paid weekly on a Friday by BACS.

Research student stipend payments are paid monthly on the 28th of the month. However, where the 28th falls on a weekend, payment will be made on the Friday prior.
