Self-help resources

The Glasgow Caledonian Wellbeing Team has compiled a range of resources for students and staff to access online. If you're struggling with your mental health and wellbeing - but unsure what to access - this mental health quiz might help. It generates a personalised plan based on the information you provide.

The GCU Student Wellbeing Service also has a newsletter where we share information on wellbeing events, workshops, and wellbeing-related content throughout the year: Sign up to receive our newsletter

The online support outlined on this page does not replace the in-person support we have available to all students in the form of our counselling, mental health, and wellbeing services. It compliments this support and gives you more choices for how you want to support your own mental health.

Togetherall 24/7 support

An online community run by clinicians that offers confidential support in a variety of ways to help people manage their mental health and wellbeing.
