Registration Helpdesk Staff

We are looking for temporary staff to be part of our registration helpdesk, assisting students with all stages of their registration, issuing student cards and checking documents both virtually and in-person.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. You should be enthusiastic and well motivated with excellent timekeeping. Training will be provided.  

Successful applicants will be invited to a short interview. Rate of pay will be £10.90 per hour. The role may include some weekend work. Staff will work 25-30 hours per week from 7th September to 22nd September, but some staff may be asked to start sooner and work beyond those dates. You must be available to work Thursday 7th September and Mondays/Tuesdays. Student visa holders must keep to the conditions of their visa, so will only be appointable if this is during an approved vacation period where you can work over 20 hours.
