Overall, the module focuses on developing academic writing skills, including finding sources, critical reading and writing skills, referencing, and reflective writing. Other skills that may be included are using the library systems, group work, time management, note taking in lectures, presentation skills, exam preparation techniques and avoiding plagiarism and using Turnitin.
