Prospective students
The Disability Team recognise the challenges faced by many students in making the transition to university. We provide information, advice and specific services to students prior to their arrival at GCU.
All applications to study at GCU are considered on academic merit. We encourage all students to disclose a potentially disabling condition or impairment at the point of applying to study at GCU. This means that the Disability Team are alerted to your possible enrolment and enables the Team to ensure that you receive appropriate advice, support and information for your studies.
Any information you provide in relation to disability will be treated sensitively and in confidence.
A useful source of information for all incoming students to GCU can also be found at New2GCU. This website is packed with information and advice to help you through all stages prior to starting your course at GCU.
