Togetherall is an award-winning digital, 24/7 online global community, where individuals can access support from trained professionals. You can use Togetherall as a safe space online to get things off your chest, explore your feelings, get creative and learn how to self-manage your mental health and wellbeing. 

Togertherall is widely commissioned in the NHS, as well as by local authorities, employers, universities, and the Armed Forces. The service also offers anonymous peer and community support, moderated and facilitated by trained clinicians

You are anonymous to other members in the community, and your personal information is kept secure while you are on the site (see Togetherall’s privacy statement).

Community Support

Togetherall harnesses the protective and therapeutic effects of connectedness and healthy social networks in its unique community where people share with, and support each other. The evidence is convincing, the wider determinants of health such as the communities in which we exist have a more beneficial impact than individual lifestyle factors and health behaviours. Innovative technology, and first class clinical teams and trained moderators, create a unique environment for members to lead their own recovery.

Through togetherall, you can post a virtual brick to communicate with other members, as well as engage in threads of conversations, 1-to 1 disucssions with therapuetic staff and more. See the video below for a visual demonstration of the wall.


Online Courses

Togertherall’s online programmes are evidence-based courses. These courses are designed to help people manage a variety of mental health difficulties and improve their health and wellbeing at a pace which suits them.

There are also courses available which support members with their self development, such as assertiveness training and managing procrastination.

Courses are available to all members of Togetherall at Members can join a course any time and can take as many as they like (although it’s recommended to do one at a time). Within each course, there are a variety of tools available which help members get the most out of each course.

Courses include resources such as Course Talk-About: a community space within each course where members can support one another, exchange hints and tops and discuss topics relevant to the course, Printable workshops, goal-setting tools and a private journal.
