Food and drink around campus is supplied by BaxterStorey, a fresh food company that values quality ingredients, great people and exceptional service.
You’ll get to experience fun and tasty food daily with our ever-changing menus that showcase seasonal, locally sourced produce. Look out for some of our unique concepts such as Quirky Bird, RokaMama and Healthy Me! and for special meal deals running throughout the year.
Main restaurant
Start your day in the restaurant and choose from a selection of hot filled rolls, a yoghurt and cereal bar, porridge, freshly baked pastries and fairtrade tea and coffee. At lunchtime you'll find array of hot main meals, live theatre cooking, a full salad bar, homemade soups and a selection of fresh, tasty sandwiches.
Mbeki/Learning Café
Need a break or a relaxed study space? We have a further three areas - the Saltire Café, The Learning Café and Mbeki – where you can take a seat with friends. Let the trained Baristas take care of you with a full range of hot drinks – try a syrup if you’re feeling fancy!
If you are feeling peckish, try the selection of freshly baked pastries, traybakes or sandwiches and paninis.
