The July Graduation Ball 2026 will take place on Friday 3rd July from 19:00 until 01:00 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central. The price for a ticket is £55pp and includes a drinks reception, a three course meal and entertainment.

You can buy Tickets online via our online store.

When tickets sell out, we are able to add your name to the waiting list. To do so please contact Student Events.

You can pick up your tickets on the ground floor of the Library on the days of Graduation.

The event is primarily for graduating students and their partners/family/friends.

Yes. All dietary requirements will be catered for. Please remember to inform us of your requirements when booking your ticket online.

Yes.

Yes, 18 and over.

The drinks reception starts at 7pm.

You are responsible for making your own way to the Graduation Ball. The address is: The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central, 36 Cambridge St, Glasgow G2 3HN.

Unfortunately the tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per the Terms & Conditions. However, please contact Student Events and we will be happy to discuss your circumstances.

Please note that all contact details (mobile and email) and any dietary requirements will be required for every guest and you will need this before going online to book your tickets.

Yes. The event has a formal dress code.

Once all of the online tickets are sold, we can only add your name to our waiting list if any tickets are cancelled. You can add your name to the waiting list. Please be sure to fill out the form in full.
