Scottish Poverty and Inequality Research Unit

SPIRU exists for the Common Good. It is an applied research unit that aims to make a positive difference in people’s lives by tackling poverty and inequality.

PALS

PALS (Peer Assisted Learning Support) is a programme set up to allow new students to get advice and support from current higher-level students (Senior PALS) who have already experienced life at Glasgow Caledonian University.

The Global Buddies Programme aims to provide a friendly welcome for new international students, helping them to settle into life in Scotland.
