Study abroad as part of your degree
Your student years represent a great chance to stretch your wings and experience new things. Taking part of your course abroad impresses future employers, teaches you valuable life skills and provides lasting memories and friendships. You could even learn a new language.
We offer opportunities for GCU students to gain international experience through either semester-long exchanges or short-term opportunities.
The next running application round is for semester-long exchanges in Trimester B, 2024-2025. Applications will be open to Direct Entrants/Pathways students to Year 3, or current Year 3 SCEBE students applying for a European Project Semester.
The application will officially open 23 September, 2024 and close 4 October, 2024.
For more information about study abroad opportunities and how to apply, GCU students should enrol in the GCU Learn Organisation for Outgoing Exchange Students.
Short-term opportunities
If you are unable to commit to a long-term exchange, or if you’d like to sample what it’s like to study abroad before committing to an exchange, we have lots of exciting short-term opportunities for you.
