If you do not have internet access on your device, please use the following guidance to connect to our "gcu-wifi-setup" network that will allow you to connect to eduroam.
When on Glasgow Caledonian campus, search for and connect to the wireless network called "gcu-wifi-setup". Open a web browser and a web page with connection instructions will open up:
Android devices

Go to your Google Play store and search for geteduroam or click here for the Google Play store When the download is complete, open the geteduroam app In the seach box search for Glasgow Caledonian University Select Glasgow Caledonian University from the list then click Next Enter your login credentials -userid@caledonian.ac.uk and passworduserid@gcu.ac.uk and password You won't be able to connect to eduroam if you don't type @caledonian.ac.uk for students or @gcu.ac.uk for staff after your user ID. A student login must be in the jbloggs300@caledonian.ac.uk format, while a staff login must be in the jbloggs300@gcu.ac.uk format.
Tap 'Connect to network' You'll now be connected to eduroam when on campus or in an eduroam-supported location.
iOS devices (iPads, iPhones)

Click Allow A pop-up on the upper right of the screen will ask if you want to install the eduroam profile. Click the Apple logo, system preferences, profiles Click Install... under the Profiles window, enter your systems username and password to approve install Enter your login credentials -userid@caledonian.ac.uk and passworduserid@gcu.ac.uk and password You won't be able to connect to eduroam if you don't type @caledonian.ac.uk for students or @gcu.ac.uk for staff after your user ID. A student login must be in the jbloggs300@caledonian.ac.uk format, while a staff login must be in the jbloggs300@gcu.ac.uk format.
You'll now be connected to eduroam when on campus or in an eduroam-supported location.

Click Install You'll now be connected to eduroam when on campus or in an eduroam-supported location.

A student login must be in the jbloggs300@caledonian.ac.uk format, while a staff login must be in the jbloggs300@gcu.ac.uk format.
Leave Anonymous Identity as blank Ensure the Save identity and password option is checked and click Connect Once enabled, click Continue You are now connected to the eduroam wireless network.
