Summary of content

This module provides students with an evaluative understanding of advanced story and script techniques, focusing on genre, character and 'voice' ie. how best to create and write characters with distinct and engaging voices. Students will explore the range of different TV fiction genres and develop a particular genre storyline. They will also do advanced work on inventing characters and developing character voices and be provided with critical knowledge and reflective understanding of how to fine-tune character voices.
