Concerned with developing a framework for analysing crime, this module will move from introductory sessions on approaches to studying and understanding criminal behaviour (exploring a variety of broad theoretical perspectives), to exploring a range of more specific factors, theories and models associated with particular types of offending. These will be elaborated further in modules 'Psychological Assessment' and 'Psychological Interventions'.
