Summary of content

The module is to provide students with an overview of current theory and practice in logistics and transport management in its global context. Students will be introduced to the principles, concepts and best practice examples of logistics and transport management, and also develop their insight into the impact of internationalisation on logistics and transport management. The purpose of the module is to equip students with a foundation of essential knowledge of contemporary Logistics and Transport Management and its application domestically and internationally. This module will enable students to be able to assess different strategies and approaches to Logistics management and identify the current issues and challenges.
