Summary of content

This theory based module provides learners with an opportunity to develop leadership, decision making and change management skills in relation to contemporary primary care practice. The module has 3 key themes: policy, care delivery and leadership. Underpinned by evidence based practice, the module enables learners to explore the key roles and responsibilities associated with an ever changing and complex community health and social care environment including those working in palliative services, care homes, prisons and other primary care sectors.
