The module will facilitate the application of these concepts to their simulated experience as well as preparing them for transferring this knowledge to the real world. It will enable the exploration of barriers and facilitators related to interprofessional team-working such as culture and identity. Students will be introduced to various leadership theories and styles as well as key aspects and influences on patient and service user safety.
The students will have the opportunity to experience scenarios from their own professional perspective as well as that of others.
