GCU’s MBA recognised as one of the best in the world
Glasgow Caledonian University's MBA has been recognised as one of the best in the world in the 2025 Corporate Knights’ Better World MBA Ranking.
The programme, run by Glasgow School for Business and Society (GSBS), is ranked 19th out of 179 MBAs for its focus on building a more inclusive economy that benefits society and the natural world.
To determine the ranking, Corporate Knights evaluated business schools across the world, including every programme in the 2025 Financial Times Global MBA rankings.
Ninety per cent of the overall score is determined by the content of the programme, and 10% is awarded for impact – what its alumni are doing post-graduation.
Professor Shirley Rate, Dean of GSBS, said: "We are immensely proud that the GCU MBA has been placed 19th out of 179 by the Corporate Knights Better World MBA Ranking.
“As the University for the Common Good, we are committed to embedding sustainability, ethical leadership and global responsibility into every aspect of the MBA programme. Like all our programmes, the MBA has been designed to be a force for good, developing leaders who can navigate complexity, act with integrity, and create sustainable value for the economy, society and the planet.”
