Career-focused masters
You can progress your career and establish your professional credentials with the range of courses available in Physiotherapy and Paramedicine. You can progress to advanced clinical, leadership, education and research roles with the masters in Advanced Practice, taking existing skills in health and social care and applying them to research, clinical assessment analysis and insight.
The Doctor of Physiotherapy course allows you to take your existing degree in Physiotherapy, Kinesiology or Sport Science and develop clinical reasoning of assessment and rehabilitation. You can take your career forward in the NHS, private clinics or in other health and social care settings
With the masters in Physiotherapy you can progress your career as a physiotherapist in the NHS, private practice or in other health and social care settings, while the masters in Physiotherapy (Pre-registration) allows you to take skills from a physiotherapy-related degree such as Sport Science of Kinesiology and develop the skills to progress as a physiotherapist.
If you're a registered paramedic with at least three year’s’ post-registration experience, the masters in Advanced Paramedic Practice recognises practitioners need high-level decision making and problem-solving skills and provides the scholarship to underpin effective practice.
