The IT Helpdesk acts as the single point of contact for all IT related queries or problems. We aim to give all members of staff access to all IT services and expertise by maximising resources and centralising personnel.

The IT Helpdesk aims to resolve the majority of support requests at initial contact, however, some requests need to be referred on to our technical support teams.

All support requests are logged into our central service management system allowing you to track your support request through to resolution.
