SPSS stands for Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. It is a software suite developed by IBM that provides advanced statistical analysis, a vast library of machine learning algorithms, text analysis, open-source extensibility, integration with big data, and seamless deployment into applications.

v29 is the latest version of SPSS and we recommend you use this.

How should I install SPSS?

On campus using a personal device		Remove the previous version of SPSS before installing the latest software (if applicable) Proceed to the SPSS Install files and guidance section of this page.
Off campus		Remove the previous version of SPSS before installing the latest software (if applicable) Proceed to the SPSS Install files and guidance section of this page.
