Mobile Devices

Requests to purchase mobile devices should be logged with the IT Helpdesk. When the requirements have been confirmed, you will be sent the information your school or department needs to place the order on PECOS. 
The University's supplier for mobile devices and services is Orange.

Requests to purchase mobile devices should be logged using My Service (select Requests > Browse The Request Catalogue and then choose Purchase Mobile Device).

Someone will contact you to confirm the requirements and provide the information your school/department needs to place the order on PECOS.

How do I connect my device to the University’s wireless network?

Mobile devices can be connected to the university’s wireless network using the eduroam service.

What should I do if I lose my device or it is stolen?

Contact the IT Helpdesk as soon as possible. A temporary restriction will be placed on the use of the device.
