Contracts and Procurement

The University may be asked to disclose information relating to:

• Contracts it has
• The goods and services it buys

This information can only be refused if an exemption or exception within the legislation applies.

It is important that bidders and tenderers are aware that information they provide in the course of tendering for or delivering a contract may be disclosed. The University’s standard information for  contracts and tendering outlines the University’s obligations.

We may be obliged to disclose:

• Price and details of goods/services
• Fee structure
• Parts of tender documentation
• Parts of contracts
• Evaluation of bidders
• Identify of successful/unsuccessful bidders
• Performance information
