Arc Recreation and Health Centre
 Arc is situated in Glasgow’s city centre, literally one minute’s walk from Buchanan bus station and very close to several other major transport links. The facility is not just for students, over half our customers are people who live or work nearby. Our emphasis is on the health benefits of exercise for everyone and we provide a friendly and comfortable environment. We have recently refurbished the changing facilities to provide high quality private showering and changing accommodation.
There is a comprehensive programme of exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness as well as 2 multi-purpose sports halls and two large gyms.
Non-members are welcome and you are invited to come along to any of our classes to get an idea of what the facility and the staff are like!
