Dr Victoria Walker

Dr Victoria Walker is a Lecturer in HRM based in the department of Management and Human Resource Management.  She teaches on a range of modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate level across a number of HRM related programmes.  She is currently the module leader for Resourcing and Talent Management.

Victoria’s current research interests include areas such as employee well-being, the service sector, low pay, and socially responsible HRM.  Victoria holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, awarded by the University of Strathclyde in 2021.  Additionally, she is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the CIPD
