Shona joined Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012 having previously worked in FE and HE as a qualified Careers Adviser.
Shona currently leads on the Caledonian Club’s Literacy Mentoring project, recruiting and training alumni volunteers and student mentors to carry out phonics-based literacy activities with some of our youngest primary school members of the Caledonian Club.
She has also recently led a review of early years and primary outreach provision within the Club’s partner communities, highlighting the issues affecting the families we work with listening to the voices of our stakeholders to shape our future engagement.
