Lorna provides comprehensive operational and administrative support in RKES to the Yunus Centre for Social Business and Health and the Glasgow School for Business and Society. She works closely with the research centre staff, research staff and academic colleagues to support the delivery of research, knowledge exchange and public engagement activities. Her role includes coordinating research projects, supporting research grant applications and post-award administration, organising meetings, seminars and international conferences, assisting with managing research budgets and databases, and overseeing the development of the Yunus Centre's website, project websites and social media channels. Lorna also works closely with colleagues across the University to promote all research centres research and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.

Lorna has over 25 years' experience working in higher education administration and joined Glasgow Caledonian University following roles at the University of Strathclyde, where she worked within Safety, Health and Wellbeing. She also has experience working within the NHS and for a trade union, providing executive support to senior leaders.
