Dr Kate Boyle is a Lecturer in HRM in the Department of Management and Human Resource Management.
Prior to commencing her academic career, Kate accumulated 10 years’ experience working in mostly public sector administrative, line management, and HR roles.
Her PhD thesis examined the interaction between individual career-identity, generation and gender, while as part of her MSc in HRM (with Distinction), she completed a research dissertation on an employee relations topic, specifically, perceptions of workplace bullying and negative behaviours.
Her current research interests centre round organisational behaviour, particularly through identity perspectives.
