Dr John Lowe

Department of Construction and Built EnvironmentDr John Lowe is a Senior Lecturer on the Quantity Surveying programmes at Glasgow Caledonian University.
He has worked as a lecturer for over 30 years, gaining experience at Heriot-Watt University and the University of Aston, Birmingham, before joining Glasgow Caledonian in 1996.
His research interests are property economics, contract and project finance, value and risk appraisal and construction development risk.
