Gillian Kellock Hay is a Senior Lecturer within the Department of Business Management. She is a psychologist and worked in management consultancy in London and the US then resourcing project management before joining GCU.
She is module leader for the Personal and Professional Development module which is core to 12 postgraduate programmes across GCBS at GCU, GCU London and delivered by distance learning. She is highly experienced in consultancy provision for external clients, including bespoke leadership development programmes for a variety of organisations from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Kellock Hay specialises in personal and professional development, organisational behaviour and culture/change management and is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a member of the British Psychology Society. She is presently involved in an international research project on nurse retention and workplace relationships.
