Campbell is Global People Director at Alfa Financial Software located in London. In recent years he has led Global HR teams in Rotterdam and San Francisco start up companies in Space Satellites and Medical Devices.

Campbell is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University 1984 and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1989.

An international Human Resource Executive, Campbell began his career with Rolls Royce Aerospace, where he spent 10 years before joining the global Oilfield Services Technology leader Schlumberger where he was based throughout the UK, Paris France and Houston Texas during 15 rewarding years.

In 1999, Campbell and his family moved to Dublin Ireland to join Elan Corporation PLC a pharmaceutical & bio - technology company and the first Irish company on NYSE as Global V/P of Human Resources.

Following the sale of Christian Salvesen PLC, and 3 years transforming and rebranding the Privately Family ( Barclay Brothers ) owned business Home Delivery Network merging with DHL to create YODEL, Campbell returned to Paris France in 2012 as Global HRD at Ipsos a global leading professional market research company reporting to its Founder & CEO Didier Truchot.
