Mission
Conduct world-leading, impactful, applied research that advances methodological developments and interdisciplinary collaborations, to understand:
- The impact of acting on social determinants of health in communities and intervening in care pathways to improve the lives of the population through prevention and management of long-term conditions
- The role of the social economy in tackling social, economic and health disadvantages, and collaborations between the public, private and community sectors
- The function of citizens' participation and community involvement in innovative, sustainable and efficient service co-production to enhance equality and fairness.
