At the Sir Alex Ferguson Library we are committed to positively contributing to your health and wellbeing throughout your GCU experience, in which a good work/life balance and spending time with friends are essential.

Below you can discover a variety of resources and events to support you with your wellbeing. Our Relax and Renew wellbeing space on Level 0 of the library aims to enrich the wellbeing of all our users, by providing a relaxing, contemplative space where you can take a break from your academic studies or your work day. The Relax and Renew space hosts a number of events throughout the year, and our wellbeing collection suggests online resources and books that may help you manage your wellbeing during your time at university.
