Kathryn is a highly experienced aviation and operations leader with over 25 years in the sector. As COO at NATS, she oversees the day-to-day air traffic management service for all flights in to, out of, and through UK airspace as well as the running of 16 of the major Airport Air Traffic Control towers for UK Airport operators. Previously, she served as Director of Operations at Heathrow Airport and held senior roles at Virgin Atlantic, building extensive expertise in safety, risk management and major operational transformation.
