Born in India, she moved to the UK and established her business in 2003, which has since expanded to over 60 countries. Poonam is renowned for her business acumen and dedication to environmental sustainability within the paper industry. Her achievements have earned her numerous accolades, including an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) in 2022 for services to business and charity.
