Equality and Human Rights Commission

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is Great Britain’s independent equality and human rights regulator. The EHRC enforces the Equality Act 2010, which makes it unlawful to discriminate against or harass individuals based on the nine protected characteristics.
