Open Day is a great opportunity to visit GCU. Explore our vibrant campus, meet staff, ask questions and discover so much more about what the university has to offer. Details of all our open days and information sessions will be posted here beforehand and you can even register online.

Undergraduate Open Day Wed 3rd Sept 2014

Wednesday, 3 September 2014 from 10:00 to 14:00 (BST) and 17:00 to 20:00 (BST)

Glasgow Caledonian University Open Day provides the opportunity for prospective undergraduate students to explore our modern and vibrant city centre campus and give the opportunity to find out more about the extensive range of programmes the university has to offer. Academic representatives from the university’s academic schools and representatives from various support departments will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. There is also a comprehensive programme of talks throughout the day including specific subject talks, SAAS, UCAS, Student Association and Study Abroad and Exchange talks. A range of specific tours including accommodation and departmental tours will also be available.

The event is free to attend.

As there is a lot going on during Open Day we will provided an open day booklet before the event for you to help make the most of your visit and to ensure you don’t miss any talks or tours relevant to your interest. The  Open Day Booklet will be available to download from our website www.gcu.ac.uk/openday  in due course.

About the events

Each year around May we hold an information event for careers and guidance staff.

Staff are welcomed onto the GCU campus for a morning or afternoon filled with talks, tours and interactive sessions. These sessions are well attend by guidance and career services from all over the UK and provide a helpful insight into what each of our academic schools have to offer.
