Open Days and other events are a great opportunity for you to meet staff, ask questions and have a look around the university. Below are a list of all major events or visit our events section for a full list. You can also register below to have details of any events sent straight to your inbox.

Postgraduate Open Day - Thursday 20 June 2013

Postgraduate and Part-Time Study Open Day

  • Date: Thursday 20 June 2013  
  • Time: 4.00pm-6.30pm
  • Centre for Executive Education

Whether you’ve finished your first degree or in the process of finishing your degree and want to progress onto postgraduate study or want to further your current career by studying part-time, you’ll find a wide range of opportunities at Glasgow Caledonian University’s Postgraduate Open Day.

Representatives from our academic schools and admissions office will be on hand to provide information on our available courses.

The event is free to attend.

Undergraduate Open Day - Tuesday 3 September 2013

  • Tuesday 3 September 2013 - 10am – 2pm and 3.30pm – 6pm 

Glasgow Caledonian University Open Day provides the opportunity for prospective undergraduate students to explore our modern and vibrant city centre campus and give the opportunity to find out more about the extensive range of programmes the university has to offer.

Academic representatives from the university’s academic schools and representatives from various support departments will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. There is also a comprehensive programme of talks throughout the day including specific subject talks, SAAS, UCAS, Student Association and Study Abroad and Exchange talks. A range of specific tours including accommodation and departmental tours will also be available.

The event is free to attend.

As there is a lot going on during Open Day we have provided a planner for you to help make the most of your visit and to ensure you don’t miss any talks or tours relevant to your interest. The planner can be found at the back of the Open Day Booklet which will be available to download in due course.

Information Days for Careers and Guidance Staff

Each year during the month of May we hold information events for careers and guidance staff throughout the UK. They day consists of a morning/afternoon of talks, tours and interactive sessions with each of our academic schools.

You can register to attend these events online and invitations are also sent out in advance of the events and there is no limit to how many guidance careers staff from each school, college or careers service attend.
