Accommodation – Caledonian Court is the university's student accommodation featuring 660-bed spaces within 100 self-catering flats. Further details can be obtained from a member of the team.

Glasgow Caledonian University has also partnered with a variety of hotels in the local area to provide you, as an event organiser, with reduced rates for accommodation in the city which can be found here Hotels and discounts 2021.

Parking - There is limited onsite parking available and as part of our sustainability aims we encourage delegates to use public transport but we do have reduced rates available at nearby car parks. For any VIP speakers please speak to your events manager to discuss arrangements.

Additional Event Support – We are able to offer guidance on external suppliers that we regularly work with to support your event ranging from AV suppliers to table dressing and everything in between. We are a member for the Glasgow Convention Bureau and can provide further information on city support and subvention that may be available for your event.
