Finance and tuition support

The Student Finance Team at Glasgow Caledonian is here to give you information, support, and advice about payment plans, tuition fees and outstanding debt.

Finance is headed by Paul Queen.

Finance is located on the first floor of the William Harley Building, building number eight on the campus map.

Operational Services are responsible for processing supplier payments, expenses, invoicing, online payments, and credit and debt collection.

Financial Accounting is responsible for the preparation of annual financial accounts, external data returns and tax and VAT.

Management Accounting is responsible for TRAC and fEC, Business Partner support, European project support, general ledger and post award.

Procurement is responsible for advising staff on the compliant procurement of goods and services and assisting in any tendering processes staff are required to undertake.

Treasury Management is responsible for the management of bank accounts, bank reconciliations and bank relationships, income received and cash flow forecasting.

Payroll is responsible for payment of salaries, pensions, compliance with statutory regulation and conditions of service

Finance systems are responsible for managing the development of system-based initiatives to support finance system processes and the investigation and resolution of system incidents and issues.
