Our compact campus has a wide array of event spaces available with numerous lecture theatres and classrooms for you to choose from.
Our main conference and event spaces are located at the heart of our campus and comprise of three main areas. Our Annie Lennox conference suite, (including The Lantern), our award-winning Sir Alex Ferguson Library, and our Deeprose Lecture Theatre which is perfectly complemented by our George Moore Restaurant.
Annie Lennox Conference Suite - Overview

Our Annie Lennox Conference facilities offer fantastic, bright and modern space to host your event in. The building is the focal point as delegates arrive on campus with the glass atrium space providing a warm and welcoming area filled with natural daylight to kick start your event.
The foyer, located within the atrium space, offers a flexible area that is ideal for registration, catering and exhibition needs.
Our stunning Lantern meeting room is suspended above the foyer and creates the wow factor as delegates arrive.
Located on the ground floor we have our 495-seat lecture theatre, the Conference Hall, supported by W010A/B which has a maximum capacity of 120 and eight additional break-out rooms ranging in capacity from 10 – 35.

Our 495-seat Conference Hall is accessed via the walkway leading from the foyer to the conference spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows which look out onto our landscaped green space, it flows into the circulation space, wrapping around the room and linking to a suite of up to 10 additional break out rooms.
The Conference Hall is ideal as a main plenary room with a maximum capacity of 495. It features a combination of tiered and floor seating, providing flexibility in its capacity. For cabaret layouts, the room can be completely cleared and accommodates up to 220 in this layout.
Incorporated into the roof is a glass-panelled section running down the centre, which allows natural daylight to brighten the modern facilities, helping to keep delegates engaged throughout.
AV facilities already inbuilt within the room include a data projector, large main screen, four comfort screens around the room, PC, PA system and mics as required along with a lectern.
The Lantern

Our Lantern meeting room features floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The wealth of natural daylight allows delegates to stay engaged throughout your event with the unique layout of the room acting as a natural ice breaker. The room has a maximum capacity of 70 in either theatre or cabaret layout and for cabaret layouts, we provide tables, chairs and table linens at no additional cost. The space can also accommodate up to 35 in a boardroom layout.
AV facilities already inbuilt within the room include a data projector, a large main screen as well as a laptop and a lectern. The room also has two speakers to provide sound from the laptop or another device for any presentations that require this.
The room is also the ideal space to host private dinners. With its unusual shape and intimate feel, it offers the perfect opportunity to host clients and make them feel valued or the chance to round your conference off with a VIP experience.

Break-out rooms are available directly outside of the Conference Hall, with capacities ranging from 10–120. All of these rooms are located on the ground floor of the building providing easy access for delegates to flow between them.
Additional break-out spaces are also available utilising our lecture theatres on the first floor of the building if larger capacities are required.
Deeprose Lecture Theatre and George Moore Restaurant

Our Deeprose Lecture Theatre is the perfect space to host conferences of up to 200 delegates. It offers tiered seating with writing tables for delegates to utilise and comes equipped with inbuilt AV facilities including a data projector, a large display at the front of the room, PC, PA System and microphones as well as a comfort monitor for presenters.
The room also offers space at the front to accommodate top tables for a panel discussion or for speakers to move around when delivering their presentations.
The George Moore Restaurant is aligned to the lecture theatre and is a modern, bright and welcoming space for delegates to enjoy their catering breaks. With a range of seating styles available for informal networking as well as space for exhibitor stands this is a space to relax over refreshment breaks
Access to our landscaped areas is available from this space allowing delegates the chance to take in some fresh air between sessions and over lunch.
Alternative spaces

In addition to the above, we have a wide range of alternative meeting and event spaces available across campus. These include our 500-seat Carnegie Lecture Theatre, our Centre for Executive Education classrooms (which have capacities ranging from 16 – 90), as well as our Bistro space which boasts its own bar and is ideal for social events. The campus also has a multitude of classrooms across campus .
