Summary
The Project, ‘What Matters? Collecting, measuring and using data that is meaningful to families in East Lothian’ is a Test of Change for East Lothian Council. The Poverty Prevention Project aims to bridge a current knowledge gap related to individuals with lived experience of poverty though the identification of families and individuals who have been missed by poverty support services. The data collected by the project is shared with collaborative organisations to further develop data collection and analysis methods. It is hoped that this approach will add to current knowledge around poverty impactors and develop a shared preventative poverty model between partner agencies.
