Maria is a Lecturer in the Department of Cyber Security and Networks within the School of Computing, Engineering and Built Environment. Maria received her BSc degree in Computer Science from University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield and her MSc in Network Security from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland. Her current research interests include networks, network security, IoT and sensor networks, artificial intelligence and software defined networks.
