Jemma Gray

Jemma is the Business Client Relationship Co-ordinator within Research and Knowledge Exchange Services, having joined Glasgow Caledonian University in 2023. In her role, she supports the recruitment and onboarding of Graduate Apprentices, tracking applications, monitoring recruitment timelines, and helping employers enrol both new and existing staff onto Graduate Apprenticeship programmes.

She also supports client engagement activities, working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance processes and continuously improve the client experience.

Prior to joining GCU, Jemma spent 12 years with West Dunbartonshire Council, where she supported individuals in starting and growing their businesses. Her work focused on providing advice, guidance and access to grant funding, helping both new and established businesses achieve sustainable growth and development.
