Dr Fani Papayianni

Fani is a Chartered and HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist. She works part-time for GCU as an Associate Lecturer and Placement Tutor for the Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (D.Psych). Fani also work as a self-employed practitioner. Her interests - in the area of research, teaching and workshop design/delivery - include different features related to mental health and psychotherapeutic practice such as self-concept, assertiveness, transitions, resilience, post-traumatic growth, meta-therapeutic communication, pluralistic practice, therapists' personal material, diagnosis.
