Donna began working as Employer Engagement Coordinator at Glasgow Caledonian University in 2012, developing and maintaining employer relationship management to enhance students’ occupational and business awareness. She works across all academic schools and is responsible for the management and strategic development of our employer engagement portfolio, including the flagship Career Conversations Programme.

A professional at the centre of business and student support, specialising in the transition of recent graduates into working life, Donna has a proven track record in successfully delivering high profile national placement programmes. With over twenty years of experience in helping businesses to grow and internationalize, she uses her expertise and networks to create opportunities for collaboration between GCU and industry.

Co-founder of Scotland’s largest mentoring organisation, The Scottish Mentoring Network, Donna is a qualified Business Adviser with a Postgraduate qualification in Business Advice and Counselling.
