Colin is a Lecturer in Urban Sustainability as part of the Master in Urban Climate and Sustainability (MUrCS) course.

A graduate of both Napier University and Glasgow Caledonian University with a background in construction and environmental management, Colin also has 31 years’ experience in the public sector with Glasgow City Council working in a variety of environmentally focused roles within the roads and sustainability teams.

In 2020, after widespread consultation, Colin published the Circular Economy Route Map and Action Plan for Glasgow.

Colin is also a graduate from the Open University and holds a first class honours degree in History.
