Andy is a Development Officer in the College Connect Team and joined Glasgow Caledonian University in 2022. Andy is responsible for coordinating outreach and recruitment activity in our partner colleges, developing and delivering conversion activities and organising transition support offered to students attending GCU from college.

Andy has experience in the higher education and third sectors having previously worked in Students’ Associations and a community-based widening participation charity.

He is passionate about developing participative educational interventions that inform and inspire learners and working with partners across the sector to reduce barriers to education.
