Alison Lehane is a Senior Lecturer in Accountancy and ACCA Programme Director at GCU.
Alison teaches undergraduate and professional programmes at the University, specialising in Financial Reporting, Corporate Governance and Audit. Prior to working at GCU, Alison qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and completed her training at a medium-sized accountancy firm, before moving to EY to work in Audit and Assurance as a Senior Auditor.
Alison continues to maintain strong links with the profession, working closely with ACCA on the professional programme as an ACCA Gold Approved Learning Partner. She also sits on the board of two local community groups and prepares accounts and other financial information for a Community Interest Company (CIC).
