As founder of Forever Great, he works with entrepreneurs, organisations and leadership teams to develop strategic marketing, business growth and project delivery solutions. Alongside his consultancy work, Frank lectures in enterprise and business acceleration, helping aspiring entrepreneurs transform ideas into sustainable ventures.

A former President of Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce and a longstanding advocate for economic development, he is passionate about supporting ambitious founders, building entrepreneurial mindsets and creating opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive.
